 AUTOOL M528 multifunctional Inverter Welding Machine adopts digital inverter technology to convert 50/60Hz frequency current into stable welding output current, and adopts pulse width modulation technology (PWM) to obtain constant current characteristics and excellent welding and cutting process effects.Arcing is easy, stable and well formed in the welding process.

The M528 multifunctional Inverter Welding Machine provides a variety of welding methods, including manual welding, argon arc welding, gas shielded welding, etc. It can be used for welding carbon steel, stainless steel, solid wire and flux cored wire.

Manual Welding Mode

Manual welding is a commonly used welding method. The AUTOOL M528 multifunctional Inverter Welding Machine provides manual welding mode. It can use electrodes with a diameter of 3.2mm or less to weld metals with a thickness of less than 6.0mm.

Argon Arc Welding Mode

Argon arc welding is a welding technology using argon as the shielding gas. The Autool M528 multifunctional Inverter Welding Machine provides argon arc welding mode, which can use welding wire with diameter less than 2.0mm and weld metal with thickness less than 6.0mm.

Gas Shielded Welding Mode

Gas shielded welding refers to the welding method protected by carbon dioxide or standard mixed gas without welding wire. Autool M528 multifunctional inverter welding machine provides gas shielded welding mode, which can use ordinary welding wire with diameter less than 0.8mm and weld metal with thickness less than 6.0mm.

Airless Welding Mode

Airless welding means that the bulky carbon dioxide gas cylinder can be replaced by a flux-cored welding wire. The flux-cored combustion of the welding wire forms a protective gas, which is flexible in movement and convenient in welding. AUTOOL M528 multifunctional inverter welding machine provides airless welding mode, which can be installed with flux-cored wire with a diameter of 0.8mm or 1.0mm for welding without external air source, and can weld metals with a thickness of less than 6.0mm.

Intelligent Digital Display Control Panel

The AUTOOL M528 Multifunctional Inverter Welding Machine is equipped with an intelligent digital display control panel ,which can display voltage adjustment, wire feeding speed combined with current adjustment, etc. Fully digital function control, stable output, can be adjusted in a unified way, can realise one knob to control two welding parameters, no need for multiple knobs to switch back and forth which avoids the frequent operation of potentiometers to cause malfunctions.

Daily Maintenance of AUTOOL M528 Multifunctional Inverter Welding Machine

  1. Regularly use dry compressed air to remove dust. If the welding machine is used in an environment with heavy smoke and air pollution, it needs to be dusted at least once a month.
  2. Check the electrical connectors of the welding machine to ensure perfect contact (especially the plug and socket). Fix loose joints, and when oxidation occurs, use sandpaper to remove the oxide film, and then reconnect.
  3. Prevent water from entering the equipment. If it accidentally enters the water, dry it immediately. Use a tramegger to measure the insulating material to ensure that it is qualified for use.
  4. Every 300 hours of operation of the wire feeder,the motor carbon shall be polished,
    the armature commutator and the reducer shall be cleaned, and the turbine, scroll rod and bearing shall be coated with 2 # molybdenum disulfide lubricating grease.
  5. If the welding machine will not be used for a long time, it should use the original packaging and store it in a dry environment.
